Who We Are

Founded in October 2018, Novelly is an educational technology non-profit startup in the US. We’re building a reading app that uses stories to empower and civically engage youth on the pressing, contentious and diverse social issues affecting them. We are funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the US Department of Health and Human Services. We are a winner of the 2018 Misk Grand Challenge for Global Citizenship.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Mission Fit: You have a demonstrated passion for the civic engagement of youth. You respect and value the rights, perspectives and capacities of youth.

Early-Stage Superstars: You can be flexible with compensation (but you will be paid!). You’ll have schedule and location autonomy and travel opportunities. You’re excited to build and scale a product nationally, and to be part of the superstar team we need to obtain Phase II funding ($1 million from the Gates Foundation).
